We have been working with Thai Airways International for the last 20 years and have always been impressed by their low staff turnover. This has made forming a good working relationship all the more easy.
Our latest challenge was to create new, fresh designs for eight floors of offices, meeting rooms, kitchens and bathrooms. We were asked to provide a new ticket office on the ground floor, for which we also designed, manufactured and installed external signage and a shop front. Furthermore, the brief included complete rewiring of the building, installation of a new telephone system and a new interior for the lift together with overhaul of its mechanics and electrics. This was a huge project but it was vital that the total refurbishment was carried out with minimal disruption to staff and clients.
The project was carried out to time and to budget with fabulous results. And, just as importantly, throughout the works it was business as usual for Thai Airways.
